'Data Protection: addressing the conflict between data sharing and data protecction'
As we all know rules govern the use of data protection both in a personal capacity and from a business perspective and it is, therefore, important that we all know how to correctly use this sensitive information.
Our speakers focussed on a framework for deciding whether and how to share identifiable data, what could be done to preserve data privacy in data sharing and the implications of when data sharing is abused and this privacy is breached, eg. in the case of identity fraud.
