Parliamentary Training and Company Seminars

Bespoke Parliamentary Training

Parliamentary Training  The IPT is uniquely placed to offer bespoke parliamentary training, with the objective of helping company personnel to achieve a strategic overview of the inner workings of Parliament and its various institutions.

Seminars can span a half or full day, are hosted in Westminster and can be tailored to a specific function of Parliament, a Bill or as a more generic introduction to the workings of Parliament. They are a great way for an organisation to improve attendees knowledge of parliamentary procedure and it's institutions, in addition to experiencing the workings of Parliament first-hand.

Understanding Parliament

The IPT also runs a more introductory parliamentary training programme for the UK and EU Parliaments. ‘Understanding Parliament’ is a one-day seminar deconstructing the vital processes and functions of the Houses of Parliament, and how this works in tandem with government. ‘Introduction to the EU’ is a two-day training programme that takes place in Brussels, in the heart of the EU.
