A sample IPT Fellowship with UPS incorporates the following:
- You will have access to the company at all levels. Not only will you have meetings with the UK board but you will take part in the company's driver training school before going out in uniform with a package delivery driver.
- You would be able to attend sales meetings, security briefings and experience the air and ground hubs as they deal with the package volume in the evening and early hours of the morning. You will be able to visit and spend time at our call centre, customs brokerage office and with our automotive division to see how we ensure that our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard.
- You will have the chance to be part of different business meetings and have an insider's view of UPS. There should also be the opportunity to see our operations in Europe, in particular our European air hub at Cologne. We will also be delighted to add other visits and meetings where specific interests exist.
The only thing that we ask in return is that, on completion of the programme, you present your impression of UPS to the UK board.
